Microsoft Forms is no longer in Preview and will soon be available to your organization. Microsoft Forms is a simple, lightweight app that lets you easily create surveys, quizzes, and polls. We'll begin rolling this feature out February 15, 2018. This message is associated with Office 365 Roadmap ID: 24989.
How does this affect me?
Starting February 15, users will begin seeing Microsoft Forms in the Office 365 App launcher. Microsoft Forms is a part of Office 365 that allows your users to quickly and easily create custom quizzes, surveys, questionnaires, registrations and more. When you create a quiz or form, you can invite others to respond to it using any web browser, even on mobile devices. As results are submitted, you can use built-in analytics to evaluate responses. Form data, such as quiz results, can be easily exported to Excel for additional analysis or grading. By default, Microsoft Forms is turned on for everyone in your organization. As an admin, you can turn it off and on again for specific people. We'll be gradually rolling this out starting February 15, and the roll out will be completed by the end of February.
